Garage Flooring LLC sells garage flooring and storage products via the phone and their website. A customer service representative is required to have basic math, computer and communication skills and the desire to learn the garage flooring and storage industry. As an entry level customer service & sales representative you will be required to:
- Enter Orders
– Answer Phones
– Check Orders
– Clean the Office
– Reconcile daily orders
– Fill sample requests
– Answer Chats
– Build spreadsheets for upload
– Answer Emails
– Purchasing & Receiving in Accounting System
– Contact vendors
– Research Products
– Research Shipping
– Other Clerical, bookkeeping and business tasks
– Other activities delegated by management
– Enter Tracking Info
Because the position requires the accepting of sensitive financial information we are unable to hire applicants with a criminal history.
Before applying for this position you should be familiar with the terms square footage, Mils, MM, inches and feet. We will train the right person, but you need to familiarize yourself with industry terms before applying.
Applicant may be required to sign a non disclosure and non compete agreement. This is NOT a telemarketing position, but you will be answering calls from customers.
Hours of Operation:
Garage Flooring LLC is open from 7 am to 6:00 PM and we do have Saturday hours. Also, you may be required to carry an on call phone after hours. Our day is broken into two shifts 7:00 am to 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday hours will be required but not every weekend. You will work both shifts and schedule may change from week to week. During on call times you will receive credit for 120% of your time on the phone and your in office hours will be reduced to accommodate.
