If you have placed a call to our offices recently, hopefully you did not notice anything new. But the phones have been changed over to a new provider in order to provide our customers with better customer service.
Voice quality was one major concern that was addressed in the transition. Another major change is our system will now allow you to stay on hold instead of going to voice mail if everyone in the office is tied up –something we try to avoid but does happen from time to time.
The new systems also add call direct dial numbers for our customers who like to work with a specific individual. The new systems continue to allow us to support our customers after hours as available.
