HD Coin Garage Tile Basics

Each of our HD coin tiles measures 12″ x 12″ x 1/2″ thick. They are designed to quickly and easily cover a concrete floor such as a garage floor, commercial floor, airplane hanger and industrial location. The installation of a garage floor tile is not a substitute for proper concrete protection and treatment. The average homeowner can properly treat their garage floor for under $100 using a product like B4 Floor Prep

Strong Quiet Type

How strong are our garage floor tiles? They have been tested for rolling loads and passed as well as compression vs crush in Accordance with ASTM D 3998. Passed. While the product has been proven to have a 5-10% noise reduction coefficient, these tests are done in ideal circumstances and not every garage is ideal. We highly suggest the use of synthetic landscape fabric for underlayment.

10 Year Warranty

This product comes with a 10 Year Manufacturer defect warranty. The manufacturer warrants that the materials supplied shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation.

Don’t be Fooled

Don’t be fooled by cheap imitation garage floor tiles, typically made in China. These tiles are made to the highest quality standards and stack up to all the leading competitors — without the sticker shock.

No Fungus Among Us

While others make claims about their modular flooring, we prove it with third party testing. The product has been proven in accordance with ASTM G 21 to be Fungus resistant — No Growth. It is also resistant to mildew and bacteria.

What Edges Do I Need?

The tiles have four sides. Two have loops and two have pegs. We call the side with the pegs flat. For wall to wall installations: Standing outside the garage looking in you should have a flat side towards you and a flat side to your left. You should only need female edges (the ones with the loops) at the garage door. Take the size of your garage door + 2 to be safe. So for example if you have a 16′ garage door, order 18 Female edges.
