Justin Says: “If you are looking for a solid color finish over concrete in reasonably good condition, there is nothing better than Polyurea. Polyurea is our best choice for customers who want an incredibly high gloss, beautiful garage floor with outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance. If Justin was doing a flake floor this is the way he would go. For highly damaged floors, a 100% solids system is a better choice.
We've done the math for you. Kits contain the base coat, clear coat, flakes, roller covers, and anti-skid additive. Just select the color and the size of the garage!

Our high solids epoxy in pre-assembled kits. All of our kits include a primer, base coat, mixing bucket and basic install accessories. You can also select a kit that includes random broadcast or full broadcast flake. Our flake kits included the appropriate amount of top coat. No guessing. Its all there. This easy-to-install garage floor epoxy kit contains the same resins as our 100% solids system but has solvent added to the hardener to make installation more efficient.
The Industrial Epoxy coating has a light, orange peel texture that hides flaws in the underlying concrete and conceals signs of wear and tear that the product may otherwise exhibit after installation and prolonged use. This high-build epoxy system is typically used for industrial applications with forklifts and other heavy-duty use.
The floor coating is probably the original garage flooring product — paints and epoxy have been used for years. Today, new technology has greatly improved the installation process and performance of coatings, but epoxy can still be a difficult project for the Do-It-Yourself homeowner or inexperienced contractor. Some of our customers consider garage floor mats and garage floor tiles as alternatives to garage floor epoxy.
Anyone who owns a car realizes that their vehicle tends to leave behind traces of various chemicals when parked. To protect the integrity of your garage floor, you need high-quality flooring that can withstand and properly resist these substances, but too many people settle for subpar materials that perform inadequately and prove to be short-lived. In response to the demand for durable floor coatings, we provide an assortment of flooring solutions that can endure continual use—and they’re visually attractive as well. No matter what kind of location you have, Garage Flooring can supply the materials you need for your floor.
If It Seems Too Easy, It Probably Is
The huge growth in the garage flooring industry has created the opportunity for every major coating manufacturer to come out with new products. The competitive market has resulted in a wide range of coatings, some of which work well, and others that are low quality. As a rule of thumb, most of the coatings that advertise easy installation (some even with a lifetime warranty) simply don’t provide the appearance or performance that our customers are looking for- essentially, if it seems too easy, it probably is. A good coating requires a professional-grade epoxy or synthetic material.
