Justin Says: “If you are looking for a solid color over a floor in reasonably good condition, there is nothing better. The Polyurea is our best choice for customers who want an incredibly high gloss, beautiful garage floor with outstanding chemical resistance and very tough for abrasion. If Justin was doing a flake floor this is the way he would go. For highly damaged floors, a 100% solids system is a better choice.”.

Rust Bullet Floor Coating – .84¢ / Sq. Ft.
Rust Bullet garage floor coating is a urethane-based alternative to garage floor epoxy and has proven itself to be the simplest, most effective product for the DIY consumer who wants to avoid acid etching or grinding the floor. Concrete Densifiers & Sealers
Concrete densifiers are quickly becoming the sealer of choice for garage, commercial and industrial floors. They permanently densify concrete, adding abrasion resistance which reduces the ability of water to travel. A stain guard and water repellent can be added to the product. Concrete densifiers can be used in a grind and polish application.
Acrylic Sealers can be used over bare concrete or concrete that has been stained. We offer multiple types of acrylic sealer, all of which exhibit varying levels of gloss. These sealers also act as a water repellant and are often used as the last step in concrete stain systems. Acrylic sealers do require some floor prep.
Densifiers & Sealers
We offer a complete line of densifiers, sealers and floor conditioners. Unlike coatings, sealers are designed to penetrate the concrete and improve resistance to stains, chemicals and road salts without drastic changes to appearance. They also require limited floor prep.
Cleaners & Surface Prep
Garage Flooring offers prep solutions and oil stain removers to help you prepare your garage floor for the application of coatings.
GhostShield 8505 is a penetrative, non film-forming sealer designed to resist water, salts and automotive fluids.
Tools & Accessories
We offer all necessary coating accessories to help you throughout the application process: Color flake, repair materials, grinding tools and dust-vacs.
The floor coating is probably the original garage flooring product — paints and epoxy have been used for years. Today, new technology has greatly improved the installation process and performance of garage floor coatings, but epoxy can still be a difficult project for the Do-It-Yourself homeowner or inexperienced contractor. Some of our customers consider garage floor mats and garage floor tiles as alternatives to garage floor epoxy.
Anyone who owns a car realizes that their vehicle tends to leave behind traces of various chemicals when parked. To protect the integrity of your garage floor, you need high-quality flooring that can withstand and properly resist these substances, but too many people settle for subpar materials that perform inadequately and prove to be short-lived. In response to the demand for durable garage floor coatings, we provide an assortment of flooring solutions that can endure continual use—and they’re visually attractive as well. No matter what kind of location you have, Garage Flooring can supply the materials you need for your floor.
If It Seems Too Easy, It Probably Is
The huge growth in the garage flooring industry has created the opportunity for every major coating manufacturer to come out with new products. The competitive market has resulted in a wide range of coatings, some of which work well, and others that are low quality. As a rule of thumb, most of the coatings that advertise easy installation (some even with a lifetime warranty) simply don’t provide the appearance or performance that our customers are looking for- essentially, if it seems too easy, it probably is. A good coating requires a professional-grade epoxy or synthetic material.
