The Hilway Direct line of Acrylic finishes and cleaners, is the highest quality commercial, industrial and residential finish on the market. Residential customers can apply the finish using a mop and commercial or industrial customers simply use their existing applicator and buffer.

REVISED Product Suggestions over PVC Garage Floors
For best performance, we would suggest cleaning your floor with Hilway Direct Stripper first at a dilution ration of 10:1 (10 parts water). Then we would suggest the following Most Effective Option: Two Coats Primo HD or Primo Gloss Highly Effective: Three Coats HF Plus Matte or HD Plus Gloss Moderately effective: Three coats Hilway Direct Plus This is not a reduction in the effectiveness of the original Plus method but an update based on new technology. If you are fed up with high maintenance floors and floor care systems, our PLUS system is the ideal All in one cleaning, maintenance and finish for newly installed floors or floors that have been striped and cleaned. Each pail covers 6,000 - 8,000 Sq. Ft. total.. We recommend two to three coats per application. Start with a clean floor that is free of any release agents or wax. If you need to remove wax from VCT tile or release agents, we have a floor stripper for you. Simply mop on a couple coats of our Plus floor finish & cleaner - maintainer and you are ready to go.
For everyday cleaning, simply use a diluted (1oz to 1 gallon of water) and mop your floor clean. If the floor gets scuffed, as it will over time, you can reapply a new coat, or use our stripper to remove the old floor finish and start fresh. For residential garage applications we find that a fresh coat should be applied every 3-6 months. For light commercial and industrial applications, such as clean rooms, one a month or on some occasions every two weeks the floor will be stripped and fresh finish applied. In heavy duty environments you may find the need to do it weekly.
Our product is high solids, about 30 percent which gives it excellent wear and scuff resistance. It contains no VOCs and will not yellow. It is compatible with sheet vinyl, VCT, cork, rubber, linoleum, slate, LVT, concrete, quarry tile, marble, terazzo and even asphalt tile. Perfect for residential garages, healthcare facilities, institutional facilities, schools and universities ad well as office buildings.
