In order to avoid returns, which are no fun for anyone, we always suggest you Request a Sample of garage flooring before you place your order. If you do not see the flooring product on the free sample list, please contact us at 800-956-4301 to make arrangements.
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to originate a return. To start a return we are going to ask you to fill out a form online. If you do not have access to the internet we can mail or fax you a copy of the form.
When we receive the product back we will inspect it to make sure it is in NEW condition. If it is in new condition a credit will be given less the original cost (to us) of shipping. The credit will be issued using the original purchase method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is not in new condition, we can’t give you a full credit. We define new as being in a condition a reasonable person would accept the product and pay full price for it. If it’s not in new condition, there will be a restocking fee based on what we believe we can sell the product for.
The money back guarantee is not a substitution for the manufacturer’s warranty. If there is a problem with the product we work with you and the manufacturer to get it fixed at no cost to you. If we mis-ship a product we will reship and pickup at no cost to you.
Custom-cut products, clearance products, custom colors, Diamabrush tools, and Garage Grip carpet mats may not be returned at any time for any reason. Further, Gel Tek Acid and all coating products may not be returned because of shipping procedures and regulations. All sales on these products are final and only the stated manufacturer’s warranty applies. While we can act as a liaison all warranty claims are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
