Used by trailer manufacturers and DIYers alike, absorbent Felt-Backed G-Floor mats make gluing down your flooring less stressful. Most G-Floor Trailer flooring ships within 2 weeks of placing your order. Mats over 50' long will have extended lead times. Almost all G-Floor Trailer Flooring will ship via freight and will require the customer to be home and help unload the delivery.
Justin Says: “It is important to understand what you are buying. G-Floor mats are made from PVC. They are great at protecting the garage floor. When installed over larger areas they can have expansion and contraction issues if not fully adhered. Some tires and chemicals will stain this product.”

G-Floor Trailer Flooring Mats have been used by our customers and trailer manufacturers for years. They are very durable but it is important to not that if used for a snowmobile trailer, the carbides can cut up the material. Some customers opt to go with our rigid garage floor tiles for that application as while they can get scraped up, they can be replaced by the square foot instead of by the full mat.

By the Foot or By the Roll

The product has been such an instant hit with trailer manufacturers that it is literally selling faster than it can be made. We now sell it by the foot and by the roll. We also continue to offer our original products for trailer floors. If you are in a rush for a long length or master roll we are happy to call and check stock for you.

Which Trailer Floor would we recommend?

The Welded Polyester Felt non rubber flooring offers the same durability and high quality as the Original G-Floor trailer floor only with polyester felt backing which grabs glue tight.

This felt backing gives the flooring an added layer of cushion, helps with the contraction and expansion issues associated with other flooring products, and assists with the ease of the permanent application process. We suggest the felt backed, small coin product

American Made PVC Flooring

Our floors are American Made in Emporia KS. It has been the choice of many trailer manufacturers for years. We highly suggest our felt backed material for glue down applications.

Do You Manufacture Enclosed or Livestock Trailers?

If you are in the business of building trailers and you are looking for an OEM Trailer Floor product we would recommend the felt backed product in large rolls. Please understand it MUST be stored on a pin or stored flat. If you are looking for a small piece of trailer liner for your own personal trailer, we would suggest using our by the foot product –no discounts available. We would also note that the small coin pattern has a surface that provides outstanding traction. Our customers have also commented that the coins are so close together that handcarts and even creepers roll over them smoothly.

The Right Glue?

The best glue for our flooring is G-Floor marine adhesive. For trailer applications, it is very important that you use 130 Sq. Ft. for your target coverage. It needs to be applied over clean, unsealed and unpainted plywood. There are other glues on the market, however, we cannot be responsible for how they interact with our product. The G-Floor marine adhesive is designed to be compatible with PVC and be used in rugged trailer environments.
